As Thanksgiving approaches, bring your kids and other family members and join us for a special day of giving and connecting at the Redwood City Police Activities League (PAL) on Saturday November 18th from 9-4:30.
ABOUT REDWOOD CITY PAL
PAL’s mission is to build partnerships between youth, police and the community through educational, cultural, recreational and outreach programs to help youth reach their full potential. PAL helps youth learn honest values, develop assets, and increase life skills.
Founded in 1995, the Redwood City Police Activities League is a nonprofit community organization that provides prevention, intervention, and advocacy services to children, youth and families in the low-income community of East Palo Alto. Summer and afterschool camps fulfill a great need in the community to keep kids and teens safe, active and engaged. Together we will join the PAL staff in supporting a variety of activities for youth as well as volunteer our time, efforts and energy to engage in projects such as the garden and grounds maintenance.
